Who is responsible for losses?

This might be a lengthy post so I apologize.Last March I took my first full time job as an experiential market manager in Orlando and although my job is pretty fun I quickly realized why I was an independent contractor for so long.

Warehouse jobs are $18 per hour. 180 price reductions in the last 14 days of 868 listings or 20% of listings.

I like my job fine, but don't necessarily love it etc..

I am 22 years old and have been jumping from job to job the past couple of years not finding anything to my liking. i'm still trying to figure things out for myself but i know i want to be financially free by the age of 30 and i want to work for myself.

It sounds like I can write off my losses against that but that won’t be until next year or the year after.

I’ve never worked in sales but I think that’s what I need to experience in order to grow my income (my current job is completely unrelated to anything here).

Lenders and any creditor knows about them and believe me they get in line first in order to recover their interests in the properties and the owners who get behind on their tax payments are given very generous terms to also recover their properties and losses.

If the HOA doesn't seem to be doing a good job, then it might have me skeptical.
