Just do your best to investigate it and look at the condition of big-ticket items like roof, foundation, plumbing, and wiring.

@Dustin Palls  Now when you add in a personal guarantee, that's not specifically addressed in Fannie Mae's guidelines so you may need to do some more investigation there.
