Will end up being about $125-150k loss and 4 years of time, on what was a simple loan on a $55k purchase.And this isnt a rarity, this is the typical story happening over and over again to out of state investors in Baltimore.

The moral of the story is this:  Long term, you're better off buying the right cabin than buying at the right price.

Not sure how many people would get the meaning of the name these days (in other words they may have heard the name but not know the story behind it).
