Exactly the point of my recent reply, and of the main post. 1- you haven’t seen what I’ve posted yet assumed u knew why I wasn’t getting responses 2- you would be correct if that’s how I talked in previous posts, but I haven’t 3- I do know how to speak professionally, and speaking unprofessionally once doesn’t equate to me having a lack of knowledge about it 4- my intentions are to actually learn why my posts aren’t getting attention (and no it’s not cuz I’m not asking a question/asking incorrect questions bc I can objectively analyze the impacts of my questions.

I refinanced my home with intentions of purchasing another, but, I am wondering if while the economy is still goodish (i.e. no recession yet), I should try to pull the trigger on developing my own lot.
