That all sounds fine and dandy but from my experience with purchasing my first home, the bank wanted to a paper trail of where every single cent came from-- I did FHA 3.5%.

Even with your experience, a new market can be a bear to build a team to replicate what you already do.

The whole experience with these tenants also motivated me to find a good property manager, who is now managing the place.
