The appraiser is only in your house for about 15 minutes to take a few photos and verify the property information (beds/baths/style, etc).

Tenant we inherited never paid and the property manager never informed us. 

I've met with a realtor and was informed the house would rent for 1100-1200 a month.

All true pre-foreclosure information should be easily accessible via a general MLS Tax search or county search combined with Spokeo or Anywho to get phone numbers, but many other people will have that info.

So I do still think its valuable to try to learn and retain the information as well as you can instead of just trying to cram and remember it only for the test.Best of luck!

They would then report that information back to Equifax.Experian is the newest credit bureau, buying out the famous TRW Information Services, which was the largest credit bureau at the time.
