Every local market is different, but I can't imagine people getting into too many bidding wars in this current climate.If you've rehabbed a property, and feel that $65K is the FMV without being too greedy, then I think $65K is the right place to start.Consider this: How much do you expect it to get bid up from a starting price of $50K?

Just imagine how circular the influence has become - government employees influencing elections so that they could have higher salaries, less work and more people to influence the next election even more.If you look at where all the money is going, you will notice that it mostly goes to the middle class.

After that, it's merely wearing out shoe leather in any one of those markets to cherry pick the good ones.I'd have to imagine Tulsa and Ok City are decent markets if you know your neighborhoods and don't get something that needs too much rehab.

Public trustee says wells paid 245 in July 2008 (for some reason it is shown as "closed" and I couldn't find it searching the site)Honestly, I think 228k was a reasonable offer, and I can't imagine why they aren't negotiating on this house.
