Originally from MN, I’m considering buying a rent and hold multi family property (four plex ideally, probably BRRRR) in the OKC area, so I’m looking for an experienced agent as well as good investor groups/meetups that I can join.

Ideally, I'd like all my rental properties to be owned by my LLC.I'm confident I can raise the funds through a cash-out refi on my personal property to obtain my next rental property, but when it comes to a refi on the rental after rehabbing it, will that have to be another commercial loan since I want it owned by my LLC?

I was very hands on in the process and based on that experience I would agree that a full BRRRR is not ideal for my first investment property, especially considering that the property may be in a different state.

Roommate situations aren't ideal. 

I deal with a couple of investors a few times a year and serving the general public has done will for me but I would LOVE to deal exclusively in investments with investors.

The point of making money at the end is to have consumption of things you want, now that might be food, gas money, your internet bill, and yes your housing.
