First full time hire

Hi guys --

I'm a brrrr investor and looking to hire my first full time employee.

I am looking to scale and do 6-10 properties a year in a city 100 miles from me.

I am looking to see who should my first hire be.

My ideal person would be a rehab project manager.

I'm looking for information on compensation structures

My budget for the role is 38-44k+ possibly commission but unsure how to structure that part
