People who normally take plane trips and stay at hotels chose to buy an RV for travel.

Reaching out to see if anyone out there has experience with hotel to multifamily conversions.

I did it initially and I'm still here, just doing it on my own now.Here are some tips for when I started and do note that I'm not some massive success story of here's how I make millions as an agent, but how I've made a good sustainable business out of it. 1.

I am thinking of the risks and cons are:1) more utilities cost as landlord should pay for the heat2) if the heat doesn’t work in winter, the entire house becomes very cold and the risk of pipe exposure 3) if the heat doesn’t work in winter suddenly, do you think it’s landlord’s responsibility to find hotel for the tenants to live temporarily?

@Victor Menezes a good tip off is to ask them how they check rental comps for multi-family units.
