Being a better communicator
Hello all,
I am new here, as well as new(ish) to the real estate world. I am struggling with client communication. People have told me I'm too business oriented and not enough relationship oriented. Does anyone have any tips, methods, or coaches to help build rapport with clients over the phone?
Would be greatly appreciated.
