Does anyone know if a real estate license is required to host an open house for a Realtor?  

Airbnb has a "co-host" service where other hosts (which you can see their reviews and listings) will take care of all your hosting needs for a percentage which is less than this cost most likely.

The good news is, Airbnb offers really good support, especially for the hosts.

If you are hosting an Open House for someone, invite a local lender to participate with you and that mat stoke the fire.

I heard on BP Podcasts multiple times- especially from Co-host @Brandon Turner that he bought a house as soon as his daughter was born, he bought a multi-family property for a 15 year note so that when his daughter wants to goto college (or use that money to invest in real estate) that she can just re-finance and take that cash out to pay for it.
