Hello guys I am currently working on my first fix and flip deal, and feel like I bump into many blind spots during the process. 

Just wondering since I am new to this if I would be taking on more than I can chew and what the process/options might look like.  

From there you start scheduling showings to look at potential options and submit offers on the ones that appear to make the most sense.Once you have an accepted offer, you work through the escrow process by doing your due diligence and working with your lender to get your loan approval.Then....you close!

I am about to graduate college and I am curious about the best way I can learn to underwrite deals and get familiar with the process.

What is your opinion of the Airbnb screening process?

Capital requirements are much lower and you get to go slow and learn the process. 

. - Permit ConsultantsIn areas where vacation rental dwelling permits or licenses are required (DO YOUR RESEARCH) it can be useful to employ a consultant to process your application or permit.

They get equity but we don't have to make interest payments (because they are partners) which is especially helpful in the first year or two of owning these larger commercial properties if we are in the process of turning them around. 

(CAD) There are 3 aspects of the rezoning process with the possibility that the re-zoning does not complete.

But I am thinking that I might offer her a cash for keys to get out or start the process  an eviction if it goes a full month with no rent .
