I have a Virtual Assistant in the Philippines for a lot of administrative tasks.

Based on the information above how would you maximize growth with the cash out refis? 

Ideally 3 plus multi-family units or small apartment blocks.Can anyone recommend areas which they believe have the most short to medium term potential for rental growth and capital appreciation.

As far as real estate experience goes, although I own a cash flow duplex in Austin I am still a newbie on the investment and growth side.

The interviews in the podcasts have helped so much with my mindset and have been such an encouragement.What a blessing BP and the members have been over the last year.I'm so excited for this New BiggerPockets Year and the exponential growth of the business opportunity God has set before me!

I would like to know if this works and how this may be possible for it to be a win-win situation for everyone considering I am bringing them the deals only and the only task at hand is locating the End-Buyer? 

In no particular order: per capita income, crime rate, vacancy rate, average rent, average home price, population growth/decline, school quality.

I think this helps a lot in screening as our internet-based process self-selects for folks who can perform these tasks ahead of time .
