Real research requires accessing vetted and credentialed sources of technical info - and the ability to distinguish between the hyperbolic and the genuine.  

Many lenders have paused 30 year loans, I know a number of the funding sources that buy 30y loans have stopped lending.The lenders who haven't adjusted anything - be aware, they probably will this week.

If you're going to copy and paste something from another site, you should probably cite a source.

I agree that you should look into books, podcasts and every education source you can find.
