As a recent college graduate, I am finally in a position where I have enough money to invest, and it just hurts to see it sitting in a bank account not earning interest so I'd like to close my first deal soon. 

And finally, if you ask me which markets are more overheated: Rust belt cities or the Bay Area, I think there is much more risk buying at todays prices in the midwest than the Bay!

Could I get any opinions from those who have the book on the value of the book content? 

I did research, read books, listened to podcasts, and met with people who had real estate experience for about 2 years.

I am currently in the final part of a "new" building duplex in Houston.

While reading "The Book on Rental Property Investing" I became interested in the potential of renting properties with a good price to rent ratio.

Finally making moves! 

One final word of caution, take all the minutes with a grain of salt as, not all issues are going to be obvious.

While the drs or nurses have final approval, the locums company does the leg work and searching.
