They can often struggle with giving their true opinion versus making a sale to feed their family and keep the lights on one more week.     

Ideally, your website will feed directly into that CRM and responses will be automated.

I'm looking to hopefully meet a mentor here on BP or maybe get some feed back on what companies will work with training a new agent that's excited to learn and go full steam ahead in launching my real estate career.My ultimate goal for the next coming year is to learn as much as possible and meet as many people as I can.

In our case, there was an existing low roof addition and to fit the ductwork into it we had to create a chase to conceal the ductwork feeding each of the 2 rooms in the addition.  

It doesn't give much feed back on how it estimates cost, I'm just wondering if it automatically compares age, bedrooms, bathrooms, unfinished sq. ft., etc.
