Running comps through MLS
I practicing running accurate comps using MLS at the moment. There is a function in MLS called "reinsight search", this function will run a CMA report for you and make everything look nice and tidy.
My question for those of you who might have used this is, How accurate is this report/comparison using the "reinsight search" function?
It doesn't give much feed back on how it estimates cost, I'm just wondering if it automatically compares age, bedrooms, bathrooms, unfinished sq. ft., etc.
