Max Maxwell, FlipwitRick, Wholesaling Inc, Wholesale Hotline, are just a few from the dome that can teach you all of that for a more beginner channel Souad Mehdoun goes over so many strategies.

Every single time she tells the contractor what she wants, they give her negative feed back.

Aside from that I would try loopnet, CREXI, zillow (for smaller park), craigslist and FB market place.Side Note: Zillow is a great option as it feeds your listing to all major realtor sites...realtor.com, trulia.com, hotpads.com etc.

I know it sounds basic, you have to milk that cow like it's the depression era and use every channel of communication you can to make 100% sure that if and when they decide to sell, it's with YOU.
