I needed to check myself before making the road trip.

To all my Milwaukee members…I’m making a quick trip to Milwaukee to check out the area for a future multi-family investment.

Correct, the issue isn't about HOA, they aren't very strict about this, the issue is with power tripping from the cop that moved recently and thinks he can act like a judge.

When my husband and I go on vacation and stay for a week we usually do a bunch of day trips to the local attractions and then spend the other days of that week just hanging out. 

If you've never been on the ground in Columbus and just driven around its worth the trip if you can do it. 

Also willing to make the trip to another location! 

I know this much, 2 trips ago my "favorite" property before I hopped on a plane wasn't the one that I ended up buying.  

If you were flipping them and the agent could get the round trip, I think you could find more interest.I don't know Detroit, but if you do and can find resources, it could be a good play.
