It does not really matter where you invest if it is diverse and growing in population.  

(Seattle was sitting at 7%, per that same article)But competition-wise, as a rapidly growing city, Seattle is, like you said, as competitive as anywhere in the USA.

The routers we use are capable of both layer 2 & 3 segregation and we provide each unit with its own isolated network segment.802.11 (WiFi) becomes problematic as the size of the building grows:  if you have 6-tenants, each with their own personal WiFi network the interference is tolerable, but once you scale to a 20+ units the tenants access points will be fighting with each other and there will be a lot of RF noise.

Weld county address, zoned ag, curious if the rural properties are bringing more value from growers and can they grow in weld co?  

Hello @Jennifer Hernandez you have come to the right place to learn and grow as a real estate investor. 

It's actually not the mom I'd worry about, but her kids....I've heard some pretty bad stories from my friends growing up.  

Rents have topped out in Class A apartments and vacancies are growing.

The only advice that I can offer is to be willing endure the growing pains.

I'm looking to learn as much as I can from everyone here, because I'm looking to grow as an investor, business owner, and future provider for my 'soon to come" family!
