Hi,I was wondering if there is any problems you see in taking a video walkthrough of my rental houses and putting them on Youtube and placing a link the the description on zillow, craigslist, facebook etc.

Rentlinx, Craigslist, Yard Sign, and Facebook Marketplace should get your some traffic.

Definitely Craiglist, Zillow, HotPads, Facebook etc.

However, in NJ as a listing agent, they are supposed to submit all offers as long as the property is in an active status on the MLS.

I have also heard good things about the Facebook Marketplace I will check to see if we are on there.I will keep at it.
