We have always wanted to do this and ultimately would LOVE to explore a real estate business we could do on an ongoing basis from this location.  

While I haven't ruled out investing, I need the dust to settle, get tighter control of my personal overhead, and evaluate my options before heavily exploring investment opportunities.

It does not hurt to explore both but just be careful and know what to expect w/the clubs.
