Hi BiggerPockets community,I'm in the process of evaluating a condo in Columbus, OH and have attached a screenshot of the inspection report summary, which highlights several areas that need attention.I'm seeking:Estimates: Any rough estimates from experienced investors or contractors familiar with the Columbus market would be immensely helpful.

As I tell all individuals wanting to invest out of state, regardless of the market, your success rate will largely depend on the resourcefulness and reliability of your team (agent, lender, property manager, contractor).

I would check with an agent in your area. 

I would have preferred to continue working with the same person as they are very experienced with great resources but have no patience for unresponsiveness. 

A coach has methods, systems, procedures AND contacts.A good buyer's agent can do all of that and more.
