There are too many swirling tornadoes of vague fear and failure that go on in this business and too many smug self-congratulatory types who never get tired of patting themselves on the back or putting you down, and preferably (for them) both.I know the jargon at the auction can be overwhelming.

Take the emotion out of it.

I read about how "easy" it is to get a pet for this kind of emotional support.

Is it from emotional fear, or calculable risk that can be mitigated? 

There is logical and there is emotional.

I feel that I want to help her since she is such a great tenant and maybe I could do a better job since I'm not emotionally influenced, but you are absolutely right about this resonating more strongly coming from her.

I think that this thread will help anyone who is thinking of renting to someone they know or are related.... still do your due diligence and take that into account before you make an emotional decision!

@Fausto Suriel, I see you referencing this as a "companion dog", are you implying "emotional support" animal or is the thing.....oops I mean the dog, a regular type pet that you are charging pet fees for? 

The emotional and "feeling" aspect of this situation is not important.

It sounds to me like you are getting emotional.
