I don't drive nor own a car so living in a quiet isolated suburb would mean relying heavily on Uber each time I am outside of the house.

I prefer to invest in areas with a more diverse economy.

Who will notice the four extra cars parked in front of the house, the dead grass, the shingles that blew off in last week's storm, or the six unauthorized Pit Bulls in the back yard?
