If we take full responsibility for our successes and FAILURES, I think that our growth will be magnified drastically...and best of all, it will happen organically.

Most of the BP's meetups would state up front to see if they're selling anything or not.There's one in San Jose coming up, organized by Johnson H.  

Then state something like the earliest a 30 day notice can be given for a year is March 1st and the latest a 30 day notice can be given for a year is September 1st.

Hello BP, I'm looking for a day to day business model that can help be with my Wholesale business so I can be more organized.

-Operating Agreements, Articles of organization for your business-Copies of identification-A portfolio of before and after renovations-Pay for their appraisal and credit check (5 or 600 dollars)-List of subs AND copies of their insurance...I could keep going...At what point do you start to wonder what is going on, and if all of it is necessary.?  

The more organized/efficient process you have for background checking, the less headaches in the future. 

There are programs out there that are similar to this, but are ran through Non Profit organizations.
