I have a comprehensive prospectus including bio, appraisal, bpo and any other info/ppwk that a lender could want, digitized and standing by for emailing.This is a very unique and extremely profitable business model that will allow our management to easily outperform the prospectus.What experiences have you all had with actually getting this done.I know there are a lot of brokers and hard money guys out there, but I wonder who successfully gets this done?
