@Steve Rozenberg I think the answer is: it depends... how much money you have to invest, what's your expertise in, what's your risk level (most of it comes down to risk vs reward), how much time can you devote to the investing business, who are your partners, at what point you enter the market, are you generating active or passive income, etc...You need to provide about your specific case to get a more specific response.

Work after being scammed by a contractor (following all the due diligence steps i could have) was about 90k.This property cash flows a lot right now with just the 3 of 4 tenants.
