Hello, BP members! I'm happy to be here and look forward to making connections and sharing resources. I'm relatively new to real estate investing, having had two bad experiences and laid it aside for several years. My husband and I are ready to get back into the game, so to speak, and get the ball rolling.

My hat is off to you and your husband @Jennifer Landeche!  That kind of first experience is the kind of thing that will make you take a step back and regroup. The key is to get back in the saddle again and hold on for the ride.  It takes persistence and determination to get past some of the hurdles you come across in this business.  I'm in it for the long run and if ever there's anything I might be able help with from a few miles down the road here, feel free to reach out.  With today's technology, we are practically next door neighbors! :-)
