Hi Danny, there is a lot of competition in Milwaukee from out of state and out of country investors which is really driving cashflow numbers down.  

Your problem might be the traffic you are driving with PPC, not the website itself.

The drive to the city is getting a bit crowded as many are in the suburbs, so either go in or out but dont get caught in the middle!

I think even more importantly than this, if you're relying solely on secondhand area review sites you won't learn nearly as much as getting out and driving the areas that interest you.
