I've been sifting through the HUD home store and finding some properties out in independence that need quit a bit of work but if the numbers work i'm diving in. 

Its a bit like an odd hybrid between asking someone to prom and a job interview - you don't quite want the person who's TOO friendly, but the odd guy in the corner staring at his phone won't work either.One other note - bring a friend/partner/spouse someone else with you to meet people.

I see this as you wanting to sell and taking your friend to the corner of Hope and Desire without having bus fare  to finish your trip.

The no interest came as a result of us allowing the seller to store his remaining items for a period of two years in the other building.

With summer here and winter around the corner (sounds depressing, I know) we are trying to acquire several properties and start rehabbing them before the full swing of Chicago winter is upon us.
