The luster wears off of new cars long before the payments end.Find a quality used car pay cash and enjoy remaining dept free.As for how much to spend and which car, well that will take as much research as buying your first investment.

Also I used to enjoy working with buyers and being a former professional MotoGP roadracer, I hate it when I'm a passenger with a bonehead driver or I much prefer a 4 door and I always want to drive the clients.

The tenant buyer gets a house to enjoy and a neighborhood to enjoy in the school district to enjoy today instead of perhaps not the best house or apartment, and has a plan to buy in the near future.
