However, what do you compare the asking price to, if zestimates etc. are considered worthless AND without having to fork out over $100/ month for access to software to then have to do an even more complex statistical analysis to determine that average price?

Hi @Wes BlackwellSo the main thing is that these listings I found are usually duplexes, but still have these commercial infoThis is why I don't understand why : )I mean I guess you buy something which is part of a bigger complex- For example one duplex I remember that it was part of 8 units I thinkBut the guy advertised only separate duplexes - Should this affect my financing?

. - I'd think that "over time" and "increasing capitol" are the key phrases here. 2-3 flips in several years is "investing" not a "profession" (the advantage of a BRRR is of course that you don't have income from the increased value, though your taxes become much more complex).

As well as providing the net worth to convince lenders to see we're playing with the big boys.But I would be the main point man co-ordinating the brokers, lenders, as well assisting my partner who, while extremely knowledgeable in real estate transactions and creative financing, does not himself have experience specifically in larger apartment complexes as well as the english reading comprehension to delve into the legalese of the contracts and will rely on me and his daughter who will also help translate.All I can say is I've read Multi Family Millions by David Lindahl/Crushing It by Brian Murray so I have some ideas of how to reposition properties and tactics to deal with issues that come up.
