Usually the mid grades start to offer more colors that are attractive.With paint, I'm not a brand loyalist.

We'd like to find one LVP product and color that will be available for hopefully 5 to 10+ years.

I have seen some realistic-looking laminate with stone coloring.

I have a flip I am currently working on and there is no space for ducts.

Protected class means gender, race, familial status, color, religion, national origin, or disability. 

It's in stock ... even though I liked another out of stock color of the same price.  

Nice gray wood grain color, looks amazing. 

Most high-income earners who think they can pick up 5 of these properties for the cost of a good downpayment on a Cali property and cashflow easy passive money CAN NOT do this.On the other hand, if an investor knows his/herself as someone with the experience and talents needed, and is ready, this is a more or less, color-by-the-numbers, easy (yes, easy for the right people) enterprise.  

@Clayton Mobley@Steve Vaughan@Caleb Heimsoth  I can add some color to this.this is the same company that Andrey the radiologist up on Fairbanks invested with on that townhouse in Virginia  remember that long thread  he was way peeved... and in the same boat.. same company same model.Keep in mind this may pre date some of you entering the Turnkey space.However in the GREAT GFC which put most Turnkey companies out of business because you could not get investor loans. 

In PA you may be more likely to find it in heating duct wrapping or vermiculite insulation.Another item you may need to look at is oil tanks, or plumbing.
