Every time I get into one of my lows I remember all the people like yourself and so many others who are super successful in life that always go through a down stroke at one point or another.I listened to the story of the guy that owns Second Cup ( a coffee shop in Canada) and how he was living on the street and with the help of one mentor who just encouraged him to be a better person took a nothing company and built it into an empire.For every person out there starting out there are going to be ups and downs, good deals and bad, but ultimately it is part of the journey.

As I get ready to find my second propety, my sister has approached me about opening a coffee shop together.She doesn't have any $$$ but is a hard worker.

They definitely have a well oiled machine that finds, builds, markets and sells small, medium and large deals.

Also I'd rather have a good washing machine in the house rather than have a tenant pick up a washing machine on Craigslist that's going to randomly flood the house because he could only afford to pay $50 for it.

Who knows, maybe we can meet for coffee at the KMCC or the coffee shop in the O Club and talk life after DoD work.

If only my income wasn't less than the price of a cup of coffee......ha ha.

I think there's at lest three from London on BP, maybe we could get together for a cup of coffee?

The Caribou Coffee in Wauwatosa has a meeting room that might work for us.

It would be awesome to meet up for coffee some time.
