I agree completely with @Mike Dymski - we hear a lot about how the rare few have been able to acquire a building with '$0 down out of pocket' and other click-bait titles, but at the end of the day we have to work our way up to bigger deals. 

You should be able to then go to the map and see them - as well as to click on the parcel you're trying to get data for.

As far as marketing channels go there is SMS, Direct-Mail, PayPer Click, Bandit Signs and much more it just depends on what works best in your market and for you personally I would love to connect with any new or old wholesalers!! 

I have read those articles you mentioned and I laugh at the click bait headlines and foolish statements in the internet article.
