However, regardless of how GR8 or not that this deal might be it will require you to do a GR8 deal of due diligence to make sure the #'s make sense for what ever type of investing you are looking to do.  

As a non-owner occupant, if you don't have a flood insurance policy, you will only be offered SBA loans (based on eligibility/qualifying) unless some other special type of relief is created that is not part of the usual programmed relief.

Hooks up should include dryer exhaust venting.. not easy to add in all applications if not already in,, and inspections don't like flexible accordian type exhaust usual requirement is the standard solid sheetmetal tube.
