Do you blog about you or for them?

What I have noticed is most (most) of them seem to be blogging about their latest flip or a deal they got or one that fell through etc etc.My thought was I want to blog to drive motivated sellers to my website with keyword rich blogs and interesting topics because I don't think motivated sellers care about how much I made on my last flip or how long it took me or whatever.Do you blog about you or for them?
