I know open houses are great for that but do your brokerage provide you with clients?

Ryan, I'm a CRE Broker myself, although I really focus more on development and I'm very niche in my brokerage.

I understand that you also need to obtain an EIN for the purpose of opening a bank account in the LLC's name, and I expect that's also necessary if you use the LLC to invest in investment accounts, such as brokerage accounts.My question is, what happens when you earn interest or other earnings that would otherwise be taxable for an LLC?

There is a brokerage account I can withdraw from, as well as an old employer 401(k) that I have been debating to see if I can roll over into a self-directed.  

Are you familiar with mortgage brokerage laws?

Have you thought about trying to work as a agent in a commercial brokerage?

Allowing, with knowledge, a client to negotiate directly with a seller is an ethical issue, miss-representation, failure to act professionally in the co-brokerage agreements between the brokers.The seller hired a representative for a reason, they entered into a binding agreement and is paying that agent to do a job.

I recently bird-dogged a deal for a guy, and we did my bird-dog fee as a commission (ran it through the brokerage).  

Is there anything on the buyer brokerage agreement in the section on compensation?
