@Patrick M.Nope not 2019 for NYC RE and rents but it could be like 2010 where we are on the cusp of a new massive mega boom and you have to look at the pandemic free future vs some sporadic events of crime which have mostly happened because we have a pandemic amongst our midst.

However from what I know of Calgary, I think the economy there is still more tied to energy than Denver and subject to the booms and busts inherent in that industry, whereas Denver has become more diversified since the big crash in the late 70's/ early 80's.
