Since most kids have no idea what it is they want to do, well... they spend $10-20k a year to just kinda get their bearings....Unless you know the result of your efforts, i am not sure the cost is worth it now.Just go join the Navy (or whatever service).

I think they are an expensive liability and it is going to be increasingly difficult to find tenants that want to live in them and bear the costs of electricity, whether directly or indirectly.

But, bear in mind that not all probate filings (even if you buy probate lists) have real estate associated with them- BROWARD COUNTY DEEDS Select SEARCH, then ACCEPT and then go to DOCUMENT TYPES, Select PRO for Probates and go from there.

Bear in mind that Roth IRAs can't be rolled over to a 401k.
