I like to try to set up every month a meeting with someone I think I can learn from or who could be a potential mentor.Try to attend your local REI networking groups and meetups.

I am attending a tax deed sale later this month and have driven by most of the listings and many of the ones I am interested in appear to still be occupied.

I would be love to talk with some other local investors and will absolutely be attending the local real estate meetups.
