Hello, my name is Joshua Tate; I am currently a college student, going into my senior year at Oral Roberts University, studying business marketing with a concentration in economics. After graduating, I want to pursue the real estate business, specifically residential properties, and eventually work my way up to doing commercial work. While in college, my initiative is to get involved with many business activities, including internships relevant to the real estate business, to build my value, credibility, and experience. Connecting with the right people relative to my career is also most important. I heard about BiggerPockets and was fascinated with the number of resources provided; I figured I should create an account and make a post to introduce myself and see where that gets me.
