If you are short on time, at a minimum do a direct mail campaign to pick up other deals in the neighborhood.

Do you run  active marketing campaigns in your area, or pursue the worthwhile deals as they come?

Some frequent posters on BP openly advertise this (under a fake screen name like cowards).I would be thankful you are NOT renting from this landlord.

Each one gets a nice metal pen with my advertising. 

I spent about $1,000 in 2017. 3 different campaigns for a $1 a day and generated about $50k in business off that. 

If I advertise the double wide rental before we move it, will we be able to count more of the expenses as tax deductions as though it is in service?
