Specifically, we are looking for a web-based software that provides document storage, investor database, online portal for investors, marketing of future projects, fundraising, portfolio management, investor relations, acquisition management, and perform complex distribution calculations. 

It has a web interface and phone apps that anybody with a password can use.

If you're doing some googleing/searching for a few answering services to compare and shop, I'd recommend searching for things like "web call handling" "website order entry services" "order entry answering services" the more specific you get the more likely you'll find what you're looking for and not a keyword stuffing, outsourced to wherever service.

That is much easier accomplished by visiting with someone on the phone as opposed to a web site.So, my advice would be to have a single web page with some very basic information on what you can do and how they can contact you.

I have never held an LLC or a business of this type so my mindset isn't quite the same but for a past business a lot rode on the web address being available and it being simple to say and easy to market.
