Yes, that is true, but you can also search by the date the case was opened and further refine that search by individual city or town.

We've also went to see the local city/town agency to inquire about this issue and they put us in touch with the Director of Public Works who manages the local Comcast agreement/permit (?)

I am just concerned about unforeseen obstacles such as occupancy requirements, mailbox issues, city permit issues, etc.

Currently own 3 rental properties in Philadelphia with success and have been considering with a partner buying beachfront condo(s) in Atlantic City.
