A is good school good job, where everyone would prefer to be in.

For example, for long term rentals, I like 3 bed/2bath brick houses (don't have to paint) in starter neighborhoods, with A rated schools.

My two immediate neighbors are renting so I know this is a good place to rent and excellent school district.

i'm thinking of buying a FM as well,  but i'll be living in one of the unit unit so i can get my feet wet in the real estate business. i'm guessing the cash flow on the single family for more money especially it's in a good location...meaning great school, restaurant, etc.....did you use BRRRR calculator?

Has anyone taken Real Estate Express (realestateexpress.com) online school to become a real estate agent?

Reason being is schools are more important as the districts typically have higher ratings.  

I saw that about BA but I am nervous that the school district, jobs and future construction for that area is not looking too good.

I had a place on Easy Street right by the hospital and one out by the high school as well before I moved out of state back in 2006 and sold them.
