It's okay if you have never done X before, so long as you have done your due diligence and learned how X aught to be done, made a plan, and can share that.Don't sell yourself, present the things that make up Jayden that are going to ensure that the partnership heads the right direction.

Hello all, After reading through a few posts today, I keep reading about the importance of finding/building good partnerships ( my assumptions the same would hold for mentorships also).

Good or decent credit, some cash reserves, or a hell of a partnership to get that from others.  

Everything coming my way seems to be overpriced or in poor condition.I am open to partnerships with agents and I have posted a similar message to several different Real Estate groups.

Some people would only want an investor to lend money and simply interest and points, and not be an equity partner.Seems like you are talking about holding the property, so rental income split vs equity split are two different matters to be addressed if a partnership is formed.
