I called the County clerks office in Norwalk.

I have separate bank accounts for personal property, LLC1, LLC 2 and Holding LLC.My question is around non-property related expenses like traveling to scope out new markets, home office, supplies for the office, legal fees, professional services etc. 

Meaning pre-bandwidth companies had to have large amounts of office space and employees had to live close by.

This shopping center has a Food Lion, CVS, US post office, and several retail business tenants renting from one LLC owner. 

Can you buy investment property if you have a Federal Tax lien filed with the County recorders office?

Never leave your office without a blank 3 day notice you just need to let your non-respectful tenants know you don't need them, there are plenty of great people who want a great place to live.

As COVID has impacted office and retail leases there is a new tenant now to help replace these lost revenues.

When COVID recedes, when the equity market loses the mania and prices dive down (possibly dramatically) to reflect future earnings potential, and when people start getting laid off or told that their office is going fully virtual and they can work from anywhere in the country, I have to assume that that is when we are going to start seeing the dramatic effects of the gargantuan pan-American urban/suburban-area real estate bubble burst.

I need help from someone that does refinancing( loan officer) ... so this is what I’m trying to do ... right now I have a house with a co-borrowers.

I’ll have to look at the market next year on raising rents and, with election, who’s in the office.
